TERMS OF USAGE Effective Date: 6th June 2026 1. Introduction Welcome to WatchTheFace. By accessing our website or downloading, installing, and using our digital watch face designs ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. The Products are owned and operated by Prathamesh Bhatte, operating under the brand "WatchTheFace". 2. Third-Party Platform Terms Our Products are exclusively hosted, distributed, and processed through third-party digital marketplaces and applications ("Distribution Platforms"). While you browse our designs here, the actual acquisition, transaction, and deployment of the Products occur within these external environments. By acquiring our Products, you acknowledge and agree that you are simultaneously bound by the respective Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), and technical frameworks of those third-party Distribution Platforms. 3. License, Not Sale The Products are licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Product on your compatible personal smartwatch device through the designated Distribution Platform. You may not copy, distribute, resell, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the digital assets. 4. "As-Is" Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. • Device Battery Performance: Battery life varies widely depending on specific hardware models, user configurations, screen settings, and device age. We do not guarantee specific battery lifecycle metrics. • Hardware and Screen Safety: We are not liable for any screen burn-in, temporary image retention, pixel damage, or hardware degradation arising from high-brightness usage or "Always On Display" (AOD) settings. Users enable active or full ambient modes at their own discretion and risk. 5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall the Creator or brand be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products. Our total liability for any structural claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the actual nominal amount paid by you specifically for the individual Product asset. 6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our designs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) and Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Third-Party Marketplace Data Handling Because our Products are distributed through external Distribution Platforms, WatchTheFace does not collect, process, or store your financial, billing, or personal registration information. All user accounts, transaction data, and download processing are secured and managed independently by the respective third-party storefront platforms. Zero Personal Data Collection (On-Wrist) Our individual watch face designs do not gather, transmit, or monitor your personal data. • Health Matrix Data: Variables such as steps, calories, or heart rate are pulled in real-time directly from the local OS Health Services on your watch hardware. This parsing happens entirely locally for visual layout purposes only; no data is ever transmitted to an external server. • Location Parameters: Weather or geolocation tags are processed natively by your device's core engine to feed watch face complications. We do not track, record, or store your location history. 4. Device Permissions Our watch faces may request standard on-device permissions (e.g., "Body Sensors") solely to display active metrics on the screen layout. Denying these requests will simply limit the corresponding display parameters to a default value without disrupting the core timepiece operation. 5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: 6th June 2026 1. Digital Assets Finality Due to the digital nature of our downloadable watch face designs, all selections viewed on this site are final. WatchTheFace does not directly process cancellations, returns, or cash refunds once an asset has been successfully initiated or downloaded. 2. Marketplace Refund Processing Because your purchase transaction occurs inside a third-party Distribution Platform's ecosystem, all billing management, payment processing, and return requests are governed strictly by that platform's native refund policies. If you require a refund due to a mistaken purchase or installation block, you must file the request directly through the built-in customer account tools of the platform where the transaction took place. 3.
